Over the past several weeks, we discovered that client consultation requests, booking notifications, and contact form submissions experienced delivery hiccups or dropped entirely.
Due to unexpected, automated server-level rollbacks and system interference, a portion of our direct scheduling triggers were temporarily disrupted.
If you attempted to schedule an in-home design session or sent an inquiry through our site and did not receive a prompt confirmation, we sincerely apologize for the silence.

If you didn’t get an immediate confirmation:
We are actively auditing every log to track down your project details. You don’t need to resubmit just yet.
If you got a confirmation but no follow-up within 48 hours:
Our system failed to notify us of your booking. Please contact us directly so we can get you on the schedule right away.
What We’ve Done To Fix It
We have completely overhauled, locked down, and optimized our backend architecture.
We’ve cut out bloated third-party plugin interference and restored direct, seamless communication pipelines to ensure absolute reliability.
Our booking systems are fully restored and running cleanly.
