Return Policy for Custom Fabricated Products
No Returns For Custom Work
At Mr.Countertops, every project is custom-designed, measured, and fabricated specifically for your space. Because these items (Countertops, Vanities, Islands, etc.) are cut to your unique dimensions and color specifications, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once fabrication has begun.
The “Point of No Return”
Before Fabrication
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of signing your final shop drawings/template approval.
After Fabrication Begins
Once we begin cutting your material (Butcher Block, Laminate, Formica, Corian, Solid Surface, etc.), the order is final and non-refundable.
Quality Guarantee & Damages
While we do not accept returns for “change of mind,” we stand by our craftsmanship.
Installation Inspection
We require the homeowner or a designated representative to inspect the work immediately upon completion of installation.
Warranty
Our custom surfaces are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (Corian®, HI-MACS®, etc.) against material defects.
Fitment
If a piece does not meet the agreed-upon measurements from your approved template, we will repair or replace the piece at our expense.
