Intellectual Property & Image Licensing
All images, videos, logos and media on this website are original photographs and videos of completed projects owned by Mr.Countertops.
Licensable Content
Our project photos and videos are available for editorial or educational use only with prior written credit and a link to mrcountertops.com
Prohibited Use
Use of our images for commercial gain by other contractors, fabricators, or retailers is strictly prohibited and protected by digital watermarking and Schema.org metadata.

Service Agreements
Custom Fabrication
We provide custom laminate, butcher block, wood slabs, live-edge, epoxy resin & wood, solid surface and stone fabrication. All work is performed based on final templates approved by the client.
Approval
Once you sign off on a design, any changes requested after fabrication begins will incur additional material and labor costs.
Color Variance
Solid surface materials (Corian®, HI-MACS®, etc.) can have slight variations. We recommend viewing physical samples before final approval.
Returns & Cancellation Policy
Site Preparation
To ensure a successful installation, the customer agrees to
Have all cabinets leveled and permanently secured before templating.
Have all sinks, faucets, and appliances on-site during the template process.
Ensure clear access to the installation area at the job site.
Payments & Deposits
- Deposits of 50-75% are typically required to secure materials and schedule templates.
- Final payment is due upon completion of all projects.
Limitations of Liability
Mr.Countertops is not liable for structural issues with existing cabinetry or plumbing not performed by our licensed installers.
