At Mr.Countertops, we believe clear expectations lead to successful projects. Our process is designed to handle all logistics behind the scenes so you can focus on the final result.
⦿ Phase 1: Project Kick-Off & The Official Start Date
Your project timeline officially begins only after two steps are complete: 1) The final contract is signed, AND 2) Your deposit has been received and cleared.
We do not hold or pencil in project schedules prior to these conditions being met.
Once your project is approved and we have a deposit, the process of ordering materials and scheduling your project begins.
⦿ Phase 2: Project Timelines (Start Date to Installation)
Due to the nature of custom material sourcing and fabrication, our timelines anchor to the longer expectation to ensure quality.
- Standard Countertops (Single Material, Stock Edge): 6−10 Weeks
- Complex Custom Builds & Full Remodels (Bars, Live Edge, Epoxy, Tile, Multiple Surfaces): 8−12 Weeks
⦿ Phase 3: Focused Communication Policy
Our team will contact you directly at the following two key milestones only:
- Materials Confirmed: When all your materials have arrived and passed our quality inspection.
- Installation Scheduled: When we are ready to book your final installation date.
We do not provide daily or weekly status updates. This professional, focused approach allows us to deliver the highest quality result on time.
⦿ Custom Project Expectations (Change Order Policy)
Any request to change the scope, materials, or design after the contract is signed will require a formal Change Order document. Change Orders will result in a minimum 2-week delay and may incur a re-scheduling fee.
